Forms and Reports

Maintaining a Safe Environment for our Children is a Top Priority for the Iowa-Missouri Conference. All Staff and Volunteers Working with Children Must Complete a Background Check.

Sterling Volunteers (formerly Verified Volunteers) provides online training and screening for all staff and volunteers working with children in Adventist churches across North America.

You must complete an online course lasting 40-60 minutes when registering. You can complete the course all at once or save at any time and continue later. At the end of the course, you will be allowed to enter your personal information and complete the screening portion. All training must be completed no more than one month after registering.

Meal Tickets

Please read below the maximum meal availability:

Breakfast: Wednesday-Sabbath (4 meals)

Lunch: Wednesday-Friday (3 meals)

Supper: Tuesday-Sabbath (5 meals)

Please note Sabbath lunch is a donation only; no meal ticket is required.

Note: The pricing in the above picture represents the pricing for ONE individual. Please put the total number of tickets you need for everyone at your party? For example, two adults attending all week will need 8 Adult Breakfast Tickets.

Housing Selection

Housing Pricing Below:

Dorm Room - $25 per night

RV/Camper - $15 per night - ALL SPOTS FULL

Campsites (tents) - $5 per night

Please note: If you would prefer to stay at a hotel, we have arranged for the following hotels to hold rooms for our event. If you prefer lodging at a hotel, you are responsible for your room reservation.
