Camp Meeting Lodging and Meal Registration
June 2–6, 2026 · Sunnydale Academy Campus
Please read all instructions carefully before completing this form.
Lodging Protocol
1. Space is limited. Requests for accommodations will be honored in the order in which applications with payments are received.
2. On-campus dorm rooms are only available to Camp Meeting attendees staying four or more nights.
3. If you are mailing a check, a $65 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This applies to all housing types. No reservation will be confirmed until payment has been received.
4. If you need to cancel your reservation before May 25, 2026, your deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
Canceling after May 25, 2026, or failing to show the first night of your reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Camp Meeting lodging registration ends May 25, 2026. Please refer to the area hotel list to make off-campus lodging arrangements.
6. Use this registration form to purchase your meal tickets before Camp Meeting.
7. You must provide your own linens for dorm rooms. Cooking is not allowed in the dorms. Meals are available at the Academy cafeteria. Sabbath lunch is provided by the Conference — donation only.
8. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight at any Camp Meeting facility unless accompanied by an adult.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the campus grounds.
10. Showers and bathroom facilities are available in the dorms and off the gymnasium lobby 24 hours daily.
11. No campfires at any time.
12. Quiet time is from 10:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
13. Any problems with your room should be reported to the dean.
14. Wired internet access is available in the boys' and girls' dorm lobbies. Computer and internet access is also available in the Library.
15. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please keep your door locked at all times.
16. Check out at the Locating Office. Please do not lock your door when you leave.
