Register all of your club's attendees using only one form

Because this registration requires entering a detailed attendee roster, we highly recommend completing this form on a desktop or laptop computer rather than a mobile device.

⏰ Early Bird Deadline: April 10, 2026

Registration is $9 per person. After April 10 the fee increases by $5 per person. Register early!

⚠️ Important Requirements

All adults / Pathfinders 18 & over must complete the Sterling Volunteers screening process before attending.

Drivers must be 21 or over to drive with passengers to conference events.

No hook-ups unless medically necessary. No generators or pets allowed.

How to Complete This Form

Step 1 — Club & Contact

Select your club, enter the director's name, email, phone, and church name.

Step 2 — Camping

Enter your tent count, trailer, canopy size, and total square footage needed. Note any club you'd like to camp next to.

Step 3 — Attendee Roster

Add every person attending — Pathfinders, TLTs, Staff, and Children. Enter name, age, gender, and role for each person. This is how headcount and invoicing are calculated.

⚠️ Important: You must use full first and last names (no initials). Staff members can flag Medical Personnel, Dietary Restrictions, and Master Guide investiture directly on each person's card.

Step 4 — Schedule & Activities

Select your duty preference (Flag Raising/Lowering or Bathroom Clean-up), your club's special activity, and meal sponsorship if applicable. First registered gets first choice on duties.

Step 5 — Spiritual Milestones

List names of anyone interested in baptism and those who read the Bible through in a year.

💰 Registration Fees

$9 per person (registered by April 10)

$14 per person (registered after April 10)

Meal Sponsorship Discount: Provide a meal for a conference guest or Area Coordinator and receive $5 off per person per meal on your invoice.

Your church will receive an invoice for this activity after the event.

Contains your full roster, camping summary, cost estimate, and duty/activity preferences submitted. Duty assignments and activity slots will be confirmed by the conference in a follow-up email.
