The Iowa-Missouri Conference reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities committed on or through our website. We may disclose information in the course of officially authorized law enforcement investigations or as required to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order, warrant, subpoena or other legal process served on the Iowa-Missouri Conference. Further, in the event of a suspected attempt to deliberately circumvent our websites’ security with the intent to gain unauthorized access or to do physical damage, we may share PII and other information about a suspected intruder with law enforcement officials. For changes to information pertaining to membership records or to church treasury items, contact your local church clerk, treasurer or pastor. If you do send us an inquiry directly, please include your name, address, location of your church and name of your clerk and/or pastor, and the nature your request. We will make all efforts to respond to your inquiry within a reasonable time.

The security of your information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards such as encryption to protect the personal information submitted to us.

Camp Meeting Registration 2024

June 4-8, 2024

Protocol:


1. Space is limited. Requests for accommodations will be honored in the order in which the applications with payments are received.

2. On-campus dorm rooms are only available to Camp Meeting attendees staying four or more nights.

3. If you are not paying in full now, a $65 room deposit for dorm rooms must be submitted by check after you submit this form. No reservations will be confirmed until payment has been received.

4. If you need to cancel your reservation before May 25, 2024, your deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. Canceling after May 25, 2024, or failing to show the first night of your reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Camp Meeting lodging registration ends May 25, 2024. Refer to the area hotel list to make off-campus lodging arrangements.

6. Use the registration form to purchase your meal ticket before the Camp Meeting.

7. You must provide your linens for the dorm rooms. Cooking is not allowed in the dorms. Meals are available at the Academy cafeteria. Sabbath lunch is provided by the Conference—donation only.

8. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight at any of the camp meeting facilities unless accompanied by an adult

9. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the campus grounds.

10. Showers and bathroom facilities are available in dorms and off the gymnasium lobby 24 hours daily.

11. No campfires at any time.

12. Quiet time is from 10:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

13. Any problems with your room should be reported to the dean.

14. Wired internet access is available in the boys’ and girls’ dorm lobbies. There is also computer/internet access in the Library.

15. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Keep your door locked at all times.

16. Check out at the Locating Office. Please don't lock your door when you leave.

There is no charge for pastors and their dependent family members.

Breakfast: Wednesday-Sabbath (4 meals) 

Lunch: Wednesday-Friday (3 meals)

Supper: Tuesday-Sabbath (5 meals) 

Please note Sabbath lunch is a donation only; no meal ticket is required.
