Our Special Musical Guests for the Weekend will be

International recording artistes, The Chitans is a family in full-time ministry from Toronto, Canada, whose sweet harmony is what you can only get from a family who join their voices together in praise to the Lord.

   Although they are young, their ministry has taken them throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. While ministering in churches, schools, civic and cultural gatherings, hospitals, prisons, or on the streets, the heartbeat of this family group is to point souls to Jesus Christ.

   It is their desire to carry out the great command in Matthew 28:19 & 20 and, in the process, fulfill their motto “to inspire, inform and challenge a new generation of God-fearing leaders, to rise up, straighten up and take their rightful place in their homes, churches, communities and the world."

How to Complete This Form

This is a 5-step form. Complete each step in order before moving to the next.

Contact Information
Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and home church.

Housing Selection
Choose your housing type (dorm room, RV/camper hookup, tent campsite, or no housing) and select which nights you will be staying. Live availability is shown on this step. If you select a dorm room, you will also be asked whether you need a first-floor room for health or medical reasons. If you select RV/Camper, you will be asked to briefly describe your setup.

Guest Information
Enter the number of adults (18 and older) and children in your party. Then list the full name and age of each person — including yourself. Children's ages are used for Sabbath School class placement.

Meal Tickets
Purchase meal tickets for the cafeteria. Enter the number of adult and child tickets you need for each meal type. Breakfast ($7 adult / $6 child), Lunch ($8 adult / $7 child), and Supper ($8 adult / $7 child) are available on selected days. Saturday lunch is provided by the Conference — donation only, no ticket needed. You may also note any dietary restrictions here.

Review & Payment
Review your order summary and choose your payment method. Pay online now by credit or debit card (Square) — a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee is added for card payments. Or mail a check — a $65 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the balance due at check-in. No reservation is confirmed until payment is received.

Lodging Protocol

1. Space is limited. Requests for accommodations will be honored in the order in which applications with payments are received.
2. On-campus dorm rooms are only available to Camp Meeting attendees staying four or more nights.
3. If you are mailing a check, a $65 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This applies to all housing types. No reservation will be confirmed until payment has been received.
4. If you need to cancel your reservation before May 25, 2026, your deposit will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
Canceling after May 25, 2026, or failing to show the first night of your reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Camp Meeting lodging registration ends May 25, 2026. Please refer to the area hotel list to make off-campus lodging arrangements.
6. Use this registration form to purchase your meal tickets before Camp Meeting.
7. You must provide your own linens for dorm rooms. Cooking is not allowed in the dorms. Meals are available at the Academy cafeteria. Sabbath lunch is provided by the Conference — donation only.
8. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight at any Camp Meeting facility unless accompanied by an adult.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the campus grounds.
10. Showers and bathroom facilities are available in the dorms and off the gymnasium lobby 24 hours daily.
11. No campfires at any time.
12. Quiet time is from 10:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
13. Any problems with your room should be reported to the dean.
14. Wired internet access is available in the boys' and girls' dorm lobbies. Computer and internet access is also available in the Library.
15. We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please keep your door locked at all times.
16. Check out at the Locating Office. Please do not lock your door when you leave.

Each room contains two twin beds. Bring your own linens. Cooking is not allowed in the dorms. Minimum 4 nights required.

RV / Camper Hookup $15 / night
Full hookup site. Spot assignment confirmed before arrival.
ℹ️ Limited to 16 spots — reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be asked to briefly describe your RV in the next step.

Campsite (Tent) $5 / night
Primitive camping available throughout the campus. No hookups.
ℹ️ Unlimited sites available. No campfires permitted at any time.
